Our Customer Engagement team are also busy co-creating services with our customers and making sure they can influence what Sovereign does.
How are we shaping the future?
- Our Thriving Communities strategy sets out our ambitious goals to improve the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents. Last year we also invested £4.7 million into our communities and created £24 million of social value.
- Residents already have a voice at the very top of the organisation and play a key role in the way we're run, but we’re keen to get even more of them involved and to engage in other collaborative and innovative ways.
