Key worker accommodation - Ways to pay
There’s a choice of ways to pay for your accommodation
Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the quickest and easiest way to pay because, once it’s done, you don’t have to think about it again. Just print off the form [docx, 159KB] , fill it in then take a picture and email it back to your local key worker accommodation team, or return the completed form to reception. If you don’t have a printer, contact the accommodation team who’ll be happy to help.
Go online with MySovereign
If you’re already registered for MySovereign it’s easy to pay online with just a few clicks. You can access your account anytime of the day or night. If you’d like to register for a MySovereign account, you can do this by visiting my.sovereign.org.uk . You’ll need your tenancy reference number.
By phone
You can pay using your credit or debit card at any time of day or night by calling our automated payment line on 0300 5000 926. You’ll need to use your payment pin during the call. Payments may take three to five working days to complete and calls from mobiles will be charged at your network rate.
Internet banking
If you have internet banking and would like to set up regular payment, please pay:

International bank transfer
Transferring directly into our bank account is easy to do and you’ll need the following details:
Bank: National Westminster

IBAN number (including BIC or Swift Code): GB35NWBK60150765498461
Reference: Please make sure you quote your name, arrival date and the site you’ll be staying at as a reference (Example – Mr Smith – 01/01/2024 – Gloucester).
Paying in Cash
Visit NatWest or your local branch.
Provide the following details:
Account Number: 65498461
Sort Code: 60-15-07
Reference: Quote your tenancy reference number on any payments.
You’ll receive a receipt for the payment—remember to keep it safe.
Your advance payment
You can call the team and they’ll be able to take your advance payment by credit or debit card. It’s also easy to pay for your accommodation by bank transfer - just transfer the amount quoted on your offer letter to Sovereign’s bank account. Please see Internet banking or international bank transfer for details and remember to quote your name, arrival date and the site you’ll be staying at as a reference. Example – Mr Smith – 01/01/2024 – Gloucester.
