SNG (Sovereign Network Group) own the footprint of the building and the lower ground floor area.
The adjacent block and the ground floor area, including the parking, is not owned by SNG and we are not responsible for the management of these areas.
Bloq are the managing agents who manage the ground floor outside space and the adjacent buildings. They are responsible for cleaning and repairing these areas, including the security gates and managing the parking area.
Please note that there is no parking associated with our block although pre-arranged vehicle access may be possible for larger deliveries or to undertake repairs etc.
SNG are responsible for the communal areas within your block, repairs within your home and the outside of the lower ground floor area.
For the first 12 months any defects with your home will be passed back to the developer to rectify, although you should report them to us in the first instance.
