Customer anniversary survey

Listening to customers is important to us, which is why we run surveys to get their feedback. However, not everyone gets a chance to share their thoughts, so we send an online survey out to all customers, by email, on the anniversary month of them joining SNG.

Each month, we email a link to the survey to customers who joined in that month. (For example, if you joined in a December, that’s when you’ll get sent the email with the survey link.) It doesn’t matter if you’ve been with us for one year or ten: this gives you the opportunity to tell us what you think about SNG and suggest ways we can improve the customer experience we deliver to you.  We’ll use your feedback to improve the way we work and the services we provide.

Your responses are anonymous, unless you indicate in the survey that you’d like us to contact you about them.

About the anniversary survey

The anniversary survey is a short, online survey consisting of multiple-choice answers, as well as space for you to expand on the answers you give in your own words. It aims to capture your thoughts about the services we provide to you, and your experience of using them.

The survey covers questions about:

  • Your overall experience of our services
  • Our repairs service
  • Our neighbourhood services
  • Our complaints service
  • Our online, digital services
  • Getting in touch with us.

Look out for an email from us in the month when you joined SNG. We’ll send this from an email address ending ‘@sng.org.uk’ so you’ll know it’s from us.

We’re only able to send you an email if we have an email address for you on our database. If you know that you have not provided us with an email address, or it has changed, please contact us on 0300 5000 926 to update your details.
