If you are a shared owner or leaseholder and would like to make a claim under your buildings insurance, please refer to the Your responsibilities as a leaseholder page first and, if appropriate, report the incident to SNG or our insurers:

• if the damage is to your flat or house, contact our insurers, Zurich Municipal, direct. Their 24/7 claim line is available on 0800 028 0336.
• if the damage is to a communal area, please contact us at SNG to report this.

Reporting any issues quickly may help to limit any further damage to your home and enables us to work with our insurers to deal with your claim as quickly as possible. Zurich Municipal have also produced a brochure about the importance of timely claims reporting for leaseholders.
