When you apply, we’ll guide you through every step and you’ll have the option to review and amend your application before you submit it.
You can keep track of your application status along the way. Depending on the role, we may invite you to a face to face or Teams interview and undergo a competency-based interview so we can understand your experience and motivations. This will also be an opportunity for us to provide you with an overview of the role and what it is like to work at Sovereign.

The interview process isn't there to trip people up, it's really about having a conversation to understand how your skills, experience and values meet the needs of the job.
